Delete Your Account

PropertyFolio (operated by SSR Digital LLC) lets you permanently delete your account and associated data at any time.

How to delete your account

• In the mobile app: open Settings (landlords) or your Profile (tenants), scroll to "Delete Account", and confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.
• On the web: sign in at property-folio.com, open Settings / Profile, select "Delete Account" in the Danger Zone, and confirm.
• By email: if you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from your account email address to request deletion.

Data that is deleted

Your account profile and login credentials, properties and units, leases, tenant records you created, uploaded documents and photos, maintenance requests, messages, payment and rent records, budgets, expenses, notifications, and team data. Deletion is irreversible.

Data that is kept, and for how long

We retain limited records only where required for legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations (for example, transaction and invoice records, typically up to 7 years), then delete or de-identify them. Payment-card and bank details are processed by Stripe and never stored by PropertyFolio.
