How do I track expenses?
Add expenses from the property's Expenses tab, or snap a photo of a receipt or bill - the app reads the vendor, amount, and date for you, and you confirm before saving.
Expenses can repeat monthly, belong to a category, and on multi-unit buildings be tagged to a unit or kept at building level.
Vendor payments recorded on maintenance jobs become expenses automatically, so repair costs show up in your budget without double entry.
