Why does a rent month show as one record, and where are the retries?
Transaction History shows one record per rent month. That record carries the final status of the month, so a rent payment that bounced and was then paid again shows once, as Paid.
Open the record (View details on the web, or tap the card on mobile) to see the Attempt history: every charge made for that month, newest first, with its status, how it was collected, the date, the amount, and the reason the app gives for that outcome.
A bank return fee, a refund, or a reversal by the tenant's bank appears as a tag on the attempt it belongs to, so you can see what happened without leaving the record.
The Status filter reads the final status of the month. Filtering by Failed shows months whose latest attempt failed, not months that were later paid.
One-time bills such as deposits or repairs are shown as a single record that updates when the tenant retries; their details show the current status and any fee, refund, or reversal tags.
