Why can't my tenant pay me yet?
If the payment provider still needs information from you - an ID document, a bank account, a detail about your business - tenant payments are paused until it is provided. You are notified when this happens, and the Payments page shows what is missing.
This protects both sides: money should never be collected into an account that cannot receive it.
