PropertyFolio is available at property-folio.com and through its iPhone and Android apps. Use the App Store and Google Play links on the official website to find the correct app.
Sign in with the same account and sign-in method on each device. Your saved properties and records belong to that account. Do not create another account or buy a second subscription just to use another device.
Landlords manage their rentals, tenants use the tenant portal, and invited property managers see their assigned work. If your account has more than one role, switch to the role you need from the account menu or Settings.
Update the installed app when a new feature is missing. Website availability, app-store releases and installed versions can differ. The public Help Center at property-folio.com/help/ is available without signing in; Support inside your account uses the same help articles.
