How do I share an inspection with my tenant?
There are two ways to deliver a completed inspection. Share with Tenant sends it to the tenant's portal, where they can review it and sign electronically.
You can also email the report as a PDF attachment to any address. The recipient does not need a PropertyFolio account, so this works for a tenant who has already moved out.
If the tenant you pick has no portal account, the app switches to the email option for you.
