Can I track renter's insurance?
When creating an unsigned lease, the Rules step lets you choose whether to require renters insurance. It starts off. Review applicable state, local and housing-program restrictions before choosing the term. The option is currently unavailable for Oklahoma leases in PropertyFolio pending legal review.
The tenant page shows whether required insurance is on file and when it expires. Existing waivers remain effective. Choosing this term does not buy insurance or add a payment.
You get a reminder before an expiry date, and you can waive the requirement for a specific tenant.
