What shows up in the notification bell?
The bell collects things that happened to you: payments received or overdue, lease signatures, maintenance updates, screening results, and more.
Tap an item to mark it read and open the page it is about, such as Payments, the lease or the property, when there is one. Landlords can also receive a push on the mobile app when a tenant's payment goes through, subject to notification permissions, preferences and delivery.
Mark items read one at a time, mark all read, or clear the list entirely.
On versions with the updated bell, returning to the app, reconnecting or a delivered mobile push can refresh the list. While you are actively using it online, the bell also checks periodically. Checks pause when you leave it idle, so the count may stay older until you interact or return. Open Notifications to review the list; on mobile, pull down to refresh. Push delivery and immediate updates are not guaranteed.
