Where can I see a property's financial overview?
Open a property and choose Overview on the website or mobile app. Investment Summary shows your purchase price, cash to close, current value, pending loan balance, equity gain, cumulative profit or loss, and total ROI. Investment Performance shows monthly cash flow, cash-on-cash return, cap rate, year-to-date profit, and estimated exit return.
Monthly cash flow uses the current month's recorded budget when available. Uncollected rent is not counted as received income. The Monthly Breakdown shows the same month's income, expense categories, total expenses and signed net cash flow. Annual Projection lets you select a year and compare target with actual performance.
For a building with multiple units, Overview identifies the selected unit but keeps its financial summary building-wide. Use Spreadsheet for per-unit financials. Lease Information follows the selected unit. On mobile, pull down to refresh the current figures.
