What does the dashboard show?
The dashboard is your portfolio at a glance: income, expenses, and net this month, year-to-date totals, occupancy, and return metrics like cash-on-cash and cap rate.
Every number comes from the same source as your property budgets, so the dashboard and the property pages always agree.
When lease amendments are out for signature, a line under Lease Pipeline counts them: how many are ready for your countersignature, how many need your attention (for example a declined signature, an expired signing link or a paper copy request), and how many are still awaiting signatures. Choose Review in Leases on the web, or tap the line in the app, to open your leases on the Awaiting Signature filter. The line is hidden when nothing is out for signature.
