I rent more than one home. How do I switch between them?
If you rent more than one home through PropertyFolio, you use one login for all of them. The portal shows one home at a time: the one you have selected.
On the web, the home picker is in the menu on the left, under Your House: choose another address from the list. In the mobile app, it is at the top of the Home tab: tap Viewing, which shows the current address, and pick another home under Your Houses. If you rent only one home, there is no picker.
Until you pick one, the portal shows the home that was added to your account first. Your pick is remembered on that device or browser, so the web portal and the app can show different homes at the same time.
