Why can I not preview or save an amendment?
Complete the fields marked required, including Agreement effective date and the details for your chosen change. When you select Preview proposed change, missing or invalid entries appear beside their fields and in the error summary. Your entries stay in the form. On the web, select an item in the summary to go to its field.
When adding a tenant, enter their name and a valid email and wait for the identity check. Review the tenants who will be on the lease after the change. If Confirm agreement facts is disabled, the list above it names what is missing, such as the Responsibility model, Premises scope, a rented room or unit, or individual responsibility amounts. Choose the terms the parties actually agreed to. The app does not infer legal responsibility from the person who pays rent. Use Retry tenant identity check if that check failed.
After the required choices are complete, review the premises and responsibilities and check Confirm agreement facts. Then select Preview proposed change to check the current lease, proposed terms and any additional requirements. Complete any requested facts or documents, preview again, and confirm that exact preview before Save unsigned draft becomes available. Editing the terms requires a fresh preview. Neither preview nor saving an unsigned draft signs the agreement, charges anyone or changes the live lease.
