Why is a signed lease still waiting for activation?
Agreement execution and activation are separate. A fully signed future lease shows Signed · activation scheduled until its effective date. Specific review or retry appears when account, collection or other setup needs attention. The retained signatures remain in the evidence history; do not start another signature round to repair operational setup. When historical collection setup needs review, open the exact retained agreement PDF, choose a collection start inside its term, and explain the setup. Separately confirm that existing balances stay unchanged and that this does not claim earlier rent was received. Recording that review does not change the legal start date, forgive balances, create a payment receipt, confirm possession, or authorize anyone's automatic payments.
