How long does my mortgage bank connection stay open?
In Connect Bank Account, choose Fetch and disconnect to import mortgage details once, or Keep connected for up to 25 days to allow later refreshes. Fetch and disconnect is selected by default. Saved mortgage details stay in PropertyFolio after disconnection.
The 25-day period starts when you begin connecting. Refreshing does not extend it. Refresh from Bank retrieves the latest mortgage data available from Plaid, usually updated daily. Review imported values in Edit property before changing your saved property costs.
The property mortgage area and Connected Banks show the connection end time and a Disconnect now control. You can disconnect even after changing to a free plan. Access stops immediately; if the bank removal is pending, PropertyFolio shows that state and retries automatically.
When the connection ends, open Edit property and choose Connect Bank Account again only if you want a new connection. You choose the duration again. PropertyFolio does not reconnect or extend access automatically.
