How do I record an eviction?
Record Eviction on the lease closes the tenancy in one step: it settles the deposit (retained in full by default, and you can adjust every figure), ends the lease, and marks the tenant moved out, with the reason stored for your records.
The reason and notes are written into the Lease Termination Agreement document, and Record Eviction can also create a move-out inspection for you automatically, so the condition of the home is documented.
