Can I pay a bill from an email?
Open the payment link in your email to review that bill. For a guest bill link, you do not need a PropertyFolio account. Choose bank transfer or card and review the total, including any fee, before continuing to Stripe. Enter payment details only on Stripe and confirm there.
Return to the payment page and refresh to see the result. If it says Payment submitted or still clearing, do not pay again. An expired or replaced link requires a new email from your landlord. Keep your link private. Guest bill links do not provide saved payment methods or auto-pay; rent emails keep their existing payment route.
