How do I pay my rent?
Open Payments in your portal and use Pay Now. You can pay by card or by bank transfer (ACH) - the bank option usually carries a smaller fee. Exact fees are shown before you confirm.
If you also have other charges due, like a deposit or a repair bill, Pay Now can cover everything in one payment.
Bank transfers take a few business days to clear. While one is clearing, the month shows as processing - you will not be marked late or charged twice.
