How do I sign my lease?
Your landlord emails you a private signing link. Open it, read the full lease, and sign online - you do not need an account to sign. You can also sign from your portal if you have one.
You can type your legal name or draw your signature with your finger or mouse. Your typed legal name is always required as the electronic signature record; a drawn signature appears as real handwriting on the lease PDF.
You can download the signed lease anytime from Leases in your portal. If you disagree with the terms, you can decline and your landlord is notified.
