How do I add a property?
Click Add Property and follow the wizard. Start typing the address and pick it from the suggestions - the app then looks up public data about the home (bedrooms, bathrooms, size, an estimated value and rent) and fills in what it can automatically.
You can also upload your closing documents, mortgage statement, or an existing lease. The app reads them and pre-fills the matching fields so you type less. Everything stays editable before you save.
If the address is a duplex or a building, the wizard asks whether you own one unit or the whole building, so the property is set up the right way from the start.
