Can the app read my documents for me?
Yes. Upload a closing document, mortgage statement, or lease (a PDF or a photo) and the app extracts the key details - purchase price, loan amount, monthly payment, rent, dates, and tenant names.
You always review what was extracted before anything is saved. If a number looks wrong, just correct it in the form.
Uploaded files are stored with the property, so you can find and download them later from the Documents tab.
