How do I get my tenant onto the portal?
Open Tenants, add your tenant with their email, and click Invite. They get an email with a link to create their account. Invites work for 7 days, and you can resend a fresh one anytime.
Your tenant can sign in with Google or Apple, or with an email and password. Google and email work on the web portal and in both the iPhone and Android apps; Sign in with Apple is available on the web and on iPhone.
Once registered, your tenant can pay rent, submit maintenance requests, sign documents, and message you from their own portal.
If your tenant already has a PropertyFolio account, inviting them simply connects them to your property - no new signup needed.
