How do I export an investment report or add it to my portfolio?
Reopen a saved analysis from Investment Analyzer history to review its assumptions and evidence. Recalculate saves changed purchase, rent and financing assumptions. Reload Estimates uses the available source data and may reuse it until its recorded expiry date.
Choose Export PDF Report in the saved report. On the website, a print view opens and your browser can save it as a PDF. On the mobile app, create a PDF to save, print or share. Review the report before sharing because it includes the assumptions and information you entered.
Add to Portfolio starts a property setup with available details prefilled. Review the property, financial and unit information before saving; the analysis itself does not confirm a purchase or create an active tenancy.
The watchlist compares saved report changes after you recalculate or reload. It does not continuously search for new listings, automatically fetch new market estimates or promise a price alert.
