How do I approve or decline an applicant?
When the report is in, use Approve or Reject on the screening. Approving updates the tenant's status so you can move on to the lease.
If you decline because of something in the report, credit reporting law (FCRA) requires you to send the applicant an adverse action notice yourself. The app flags these cases so you do not forget, but it does not send the notices for you.
