Depending on the package, a report can cover criminal history, evictions, sex offender registry, global watchlists, credit, income verification, and identity checks.
Each check shows a clear status, and you can download the full consumer report PDF from Checkr - the same document you should attach if the report leads you to decline an applicant.
A completed report stays valid for reuse for 90 days, so you will not be asked to pay again for the same applicant during that window.
