Who pays for a screening?
You choose per screening: you pay when you start it, or you ask the applicant to pay from their portal. Either way, the exact price is shown before anyone is charged.
If you ask the applicant to pay, they need a PropertyFolio account to see and pay the request - invite them to the tenant portal first if they have not joined yet. The screening dialog reminds you when a tenant is not on the portal.
Screening requires a paid plan - it is not available on the Free tier.
