How do I find properties that match my buy box?
New opportunity searches are paused. In Find Opportunities, a search you have not run before, or a saved search whose results have expired, shows a message that new searches are paused. It does not use an analyzer search from your plan allowance and does not count toward the hourly search limit.
A saved search that has not expired still opens free of charge with its candidate listings. Screening rent uses at least three suitable nearby rental listings with current asking-rent evidence. It is not signed lease income. A property without enough rental evidence is shown as unrated, not as a passing investment. Review failed criteria and warnings even when a listing meets your submitted buy box.
Analyze This Property opens a full source-backed property report using the asking price as the purchase assumption and your screening financing inputs. Asking price is not substituted for market value. Review the full property report and verify evidence before deciding to buy.
To evaluate a specific property while searches are paused, choose Analyze a Property and enter it manually. A new full property analysis uses its own search allowance, while reloading an existing saved property report is unmetered.
