How can I support a renovation value estimate?

In Rent & Repairs, use Add Documented Renovated Sale. For each completed sale, enter its full address, sale price and date, size, bedrooms, property type, distance, renovation scope and an HTTPS source link. Up to ten documented sales can be recorded.

A renovation estimate needs at least three distinct qualifying renovated closed sales that meet the report policy for recency, distance and physical similarity. A repair quote alone does not establish resale value. Without enough suitable sales, the renovation estimate remains unavailable.

The result is based on your documented sale evidence and is labeled user-attested. Source links and renovation descriptions are not independently verified. Confirm the subject renovation scope, finish quality and comparable sale facts with a qualified professional. The evidence range is not a statistical confidence interval, and this scenario does not increase the current provider-average market value.
