Can the lease name my LLC instead of me?
Yes. Add your business (LLC, corporation, or partnership) on your Profile, then tick Lease under my business in the wizard. The business name is printed as the landlord on the lease.
You can keep several businesses on file and pick one per lease. Your EIN is stored for your records only - it never appears on the lease or anywhere a tenant can see.
