How do renewals and extensions work?
Expiring leases are flagged 90, 60, and 30 days ahead. From the lease you can Extend (same terms, new dates) or start a new lease from the old one and edit anything.
A lease that reaches its end date without renewal can roll month-to-month, and the app keeps billing rent monthly until you end it or sign a new term.
