How do tenants pay rent?
Tenants pay from their portal by card or by bank transfer (ACH). Bank transfers carry a small flat processing fee; cards cost more. The exact fees are always shown before the tenant pays.
You decide who covers the processing fee - the tenant (the default) or you. This can be set per lease.
