How do I request a one-time payment?
Use Send Payment Request on the Payments page for things like a deposit, a repair charge, or a utility bill. The tenant gets an email with a secure payment page plus the request in their portal.
A rent-type request is tied to the month it covers, so paying it marks that month paid. You can cancel a pending request at any time.
