How do refunds work?
You can refund a payment the tenant made through the app from Transaction History. The original payment amount goes back to the tenant; processing fees are not returned.
Refunds take about 5-10 business days to reach the tenant's bank or card.
Payments recorded offline cannot be refunded through the app because the money never moved through it, and rent months are corrected through the rent schedule rather than the refund button.
